All purchases on BeginThings.com are for digital products (including but not limited to PDFs, templates, and spreadsheets) which are delivered via email or WhatsApp either instantly or with-in 3 to 4 working days upon payment confirmation. Any weekend payment may get delayed. Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital content delivery, all sales are considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
By making a purchase on beginthings.com, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be eligible for a refund, cancellation, or exchange once the product has been accessed or the download link has been provided. Please ensure you review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Free Services
Our free tools and services do not require payment, and therefore, cancellation and refund policies are not applicable to their use. You may discontinue using our free services at any time. We do not partner with any other bradn or 3rd party services which offers our products or services on our behalf.

We will investigate the issue and may offer assistance, such as providing a fresh download link, at our sole discretion. This assistance does not constitute an obligation to issue a refund.
