I run BeginThings. It's a small business that helps small businesses turn unclear pages into enquiry-ready pages. That's the whole job description.
What I actually do
I rewrite hero copy, sharpen CTAs, build trust blocks, tighten mobile UX, and ship landing pages for Indian small businesses, freelancers, and indie founders. The work happens in days, not months. The deliverables are concrete, not strategic.

Why BeginThings exists
For two years I built BeginThings as a free-tools site. 96 plus tools, decent traffic, almost zero revenue. Helpful, but not honest with myself about who it served.
The founders who actually messaged me weren't looking for another tool. They had a website that wasn't converting. They didn't want a six-week agency engagement. They wanted someone to tell them, specifically, what to fix.
So that's what BeginThings is now. Practical audits, conversion fixes, landing page builds. No retainers. No jargon. No slides.
What stays free
The original 96 plus tools (invoice generator, business card maker, kanban board, expense tracker, GST calculator, and the rest) all stay live and free at /free-tools/. They helped real people. Pulling them down felt wrong.
