Feature Prioritization Matrix (RICE)
Score every backlog candidate against Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort to decide what to build next. Use it before each sprint planning session — the highest RICE scores rise to the top, and the parking lot keeps low-score ideas visible without cluttering the active queue.
HOW IT WORKS
Start from a structure,
then make it yours.
1. Open it in a cube
Sign up, and the template is placed on a board inside a project cube. Each cube has six boards for related work.
2. Fill it in, then export
Edit the sections, add files and notes, then export the board as PDF, PNG, PPTX, DOCX, Markdown or CSV.
