Digital Delivery & Access Policy

Effective date: 8 July 2026. Last updated: 15 October 2026.

BeginThings is a fully digital business. We offer free browser tools, available subscriptions and downloadable digital products. This policy also covers valid historical service orders; new service orders are not offered. We do not ship physical goods and no shipping charge applies. This page defines delivery and the target access times for each category. A payment page, created order, pending status, authorisation, callback, or browser redirect is not delivery.

Free browser tools Open in your browser

Open the free-tool catalog at /free-tools/ in your browser. Local-only tools process inputs on your device without an account. Check each tool’s instructions for any network service, download or deliberate external step it uses.

BeginRooms (3D Workspace subscription) Account access

Free-trial access is available when the account is successfully created. A paid entitlement is delivered only when Razorpay capture is verified by our server and the entitlement is actually activated for the account. Sign in at beginthings.com/workspace/ after activation. A payment still being confirmed by the processor is not paid access.

FormulaMapper (Excel add-in) Manual Windows preview

FormulaMapper offers a manual Windows trial preview (v0.21.0) for fresh profiles. Its included helper is designed to start a 30-calendar-day trial only after you explicitly choose START and the helper successfully checks macro execution in Excel. The helper has not yet been run in Windows Excel. Paid activation and checkout remain closed; Mac support is not yet claimed. Download and setup instructions are on the FormulaMapper product page. A preview download is not a paid subscription or a verified installation.

Paid digital products (PDFs, templates, toolkits) Secure email delivery

After Razorpay capture is confirmed by our server, a secure expiring download link is emailed to the checkout address. Delivery is complete when that link or other licensed access is sent or recorded for the checkout email. The browser payment or pending-confirmation screen is not delivery, and no public file URL is exposed. Nothing is physically shipped.

Historical service orders Scoped digital delivery

New service orders are not offered. For a valid historical order, delivery remains electronic to the email address or workspace stated in that order. Its originally agreed target delivery period starts only after payment capture and complete intake. It is a target, not a guarantee of a business result. Work may begin before the final deliverable is sent; see the Refund & Final-Sale Policy for the defined service remedies.

Delivery timeline

Immediate in-browser availability for free tools and, after successful account creation, BeginRooms free-trial access.
Target: within a few minutes after server-confirmed capture for paid BeginRooms entitlement activation and email-delivered secure download links. The FormulaMapper manual Windows preview is a separate download; paid licence delivery remains closed.
Historical service-order target: the originally agreed target begins after payment capture and complete intake. It is not a promise of sales, revenue, conversion, ranking, or another business outcome.
If a payment processor requires review or if delivery needs manual recovery, delivery follows after payment status and order details are verified.

Shipping charges

There are no shipping or handling charges because nothing is physically shipped. The amount shown by checkout is the checkout total; the applicable transaction document records the billing and tax treatment validated for that transaction.

International availability

Available products are delivered electronically where the configured Razorpay checkout supports the customer and payment method. Tax and place-of-supply treatment depend on the billing details validated for the transaction and are not automatically assumed by this page.

If you did not receive your product

If you paid and do not see access or delivery after the relevant target time:

Check the spam or promotions folder of the email address you used at checkout.
Confirm the payment is captured in the payment processor receipt; do not rely only on a pending screen.
Email sourav@beginthings.com with the order ID and checkout email. We will verify the order and reissue eligible delivery or provide the remedy in the Refund & Final-Sale Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
