Shipping and Delivery Policy

BeginThings is a fully digital business. We sell software, subscriptions, and downloadable digital products. We do not ship any physical goods, and no shipping charges ever apply. Everything you buy or use is delivered to you electronically, in most cases instantly. This page explains exactly how and when you receive each type of product.

Free browser tools Instant, in your browser

The 48 free tools at /free-tools/ run entirely in your browser. There is nothing to deliver, download, or wait for. Open the page and the tool works immediately, with no sign-in.

BeginRooms (3D Workspace subscription) Instant access on sign-in

Access to BeginRooms is granted to your account the moment your free trial starts or your payment is confirmed. Sign in at beginthings.com/workspace/ and your workspace loads immediately. There is no waiting period and nothing is posted to you. If a payment is still being confirmed by the payment processor, access is normally activated within a few minutes.

FormulaMapper (Excel add-in license) Instant download + email

After purchase, your license is activated on your account and the download link for the add-in is shown on the confirmation screen and emailed to the address used at checkout. Delivery of the email is typically within a few minutes. If it has not arrived within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us (below).

Paid digital products (PDFs, templates, toolkits) Instant download + email

Downloadable products from /shop.html are delivered by an on-screen download link immediately after payment and a copy of the link is emailed to you. These are digital files. Nothing is physically shipped.

Delivery timeline

Instant for free tools and for account-based access (BeginRooms) once payment is confirmed.
Within a few minutes for email-delivered download links and license keys.
In the rare case a payment requires manual review by the payment processor, access is delivered as soon as the processor confirms the payment, usually within a few hours.

Shipping charges

There are no shipping or handling charges on anything BeginThings sells, because nothing is physically shipped. The price you see at checkout is the full price for the digital product or subscription (any applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout).

International availability

All BeginThings products are available worldwide and are delivered electronically, so there are no customs, import duties, or delivery-address requirements. Indian customers can pay in INR (including UPI); international customers are served through our global checkout, which handles applicable local taxes.

If you did not receive your product

If you completed a purchase but do not see your access or download within the timelines above:

Check the spam or promotions folder of the email address you used at checkout.
Confirm the payment actually completed (you will have a receipt from the payment processor).
Email sourav@beginthings.com with your order ID and the email used at checkout. We respond within 24 hours and will deliver your product manually if needed.

We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
