Shipping and Delivery Policy

BeginThings is a fully digital business. We sell software, subscriptions, and downloadable digital products. We do not ship any physical goods, and no shipping charges ever apply. Everything you buy or use is delivered to you electronically, in most cases instantly. This page explains exactly how and when you receive each type of product.

Free browser tools Instant, in your browser

The 48 free tools at /free-tools/ run entirely in your browser. There is nothing to deliver, download, or wait for. Open the page and the tool works immediately, with no sign-in.

BeginRooms (3D Workspace subscription) Instant access on sign-in

Access to BeginRooms is granted to your account the moment your free trial starts or your payment is confirmed. Sign in at beginthings.com/workspace/ and your workspace loads immediately. There is no waiting period and nothing is posted to you. If a payment is still being confirmed by the payment processor, access is normally activated within a few minutes.

FormulaMapper (Excel add-in) Release verification

The account-linked Windows and Mac build is not currently available to buy, trial or download. Delivery will open only after its verified-account activation, cancellation and entitlement lifecycle passes release testing.

Paid digital products (PDFs, templates, toolkits) Secure email delivery

After Razorpay capture is confirmed by the server, a secure expiring download link is emailed to the checkout address. The browser payment or pending-confirmation screen is not delivery, and no public file URL is exposed. Nothing is physically shipped.

Delivery timeline

Instant for free tools and for account-based access (BeginRooms) once payment is confirmed.
Within a few minutes after server-confirmed capture for email-delivered secure download links. FormulaMapper delivery remains paused during release verification.
In the rare case a payment requires manual review by the payment processor, access is delivered as soon as the processor confirms the payment, usually within a few hours.

Shipping charges

There are no shipping or handling charges because nothing is physically shipped. The amount shown by checkout is the checkout total; the applicable transaction document records the billing and tax treatment validated for that transaction.

International availability

Available products are delivered electronically where the configured Razorpay checkout supports the customer and payment method. Tax and place-of-supply treatment depend on the billing details validated for the transaction and are not automatically assumed by this page.

If you did not receive your product

If you completed a purchase but do not see your access or download within the timelines above:

Check the spam or promotions folder of the email address you used at checkout.
Confirm the payment actually completed (you will have a receipt from the payment processor).
Email sourav@beginthings.com with your order ID and the email used at checkout. We respond within 24 hours and will deliver your product manually if needed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
