Paid, but unsure what happened?

Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address you used at checkout. A payment-provider screen or a bank debit alone does not confirm that your order has been processed.

If you were charged and cannot find the order email, contact support before trying another payment. Include the product, purchase email, approximate purchase date and Razorpay order or payment reference if available.

02 / YOUR DOWNLOAD

A missing or expired link.

Paid download links are emailed after server-confirmed payment and delivery processing. Check your checkout inbox, including spam, for the original order email.

If the link is missing, expired or no longer opens, request help from support. Replacement access requires an order review; this page does not issue or resend download links.

Return to the right account.

Sign in with the account used for BeginRooms. If paid access is missing, share your purchase email and payment reference with support so the order can be checked.

For FormulaMapper, new trials and downloads are currently paused. Check its release status.

04 / AUDITS & SERVICES

Send the details for your service.

Follow the intake instructions in your order email. Delivery timing starts after complete intake and depends on the service scope you purchased. If the instructions are missing, contact support with your order reference.

ClientLock Pro is not available through the current shop. If you have an earlier purchase or an old upgrade link, ask support about availability or access. Entering an email or order reference in the local tool cannot verify a paid entitlement.
