After opening your room online, continue supported editing with the offline workspace and save on this device. Reconnect to sync pending changes to your account. External apps, invitations and online services still need internet.

Share the cube, keep the context

Open Share cube from the workspace header or the cube’s right-click menu. Invite collaborators by email and manage the access shown in the sharing panel.

Focus, present and export

Keep tasks, notes, reminders and focus widgets around the room. Present a board or export supported content to PDF, PNG, PowerPoint, Word, Markdown or CSV. Formats and file limits depend on the selected operation.

  1. Begin: open Workspace (Add on mobile), choose Create a client project, and enter its name, intended outcome and next action. Confirm to add one new cube; your existing cubes stay in place.
  2. Finish today: wait for “Saved on this device,” then open the new cube and add one useful reference. Check the room’s separate sync status before relying on another device.
  3. Return: sign in to the same account and open Board view. Search by project name or saved text, then choose the matching face. Content matches include a short excerpt to help you recognise the right work.
  4. Handoff: export supported content while access is active, then open the result and check it before sharing.

Can I save and keep working offline?

Open and prepare the workspace while online first. The offline workspace can keep supported room edits on this device and sync pending changes after you reconnect and your account is available. Online embeds, link shortening and collaboration invitations need internet. Keep exports of important work; clearing browser storage can remove local copies.

Which PDF and link tools are built in?

The native Toolbox opens from the canvas toolbar. It includes PDF preview, merging, splitting, page ordering, supported conversion and text extraction, plus QR, link, image and text tools. Results can be downloaded or added to the canvas where file limits permit. PDF extraction needs selectable text; OCR and PDF-to-Office conversion are not included.

How do I share a project cube?

Select a cube and choose Share cube in the header, or use its right-click menu. Use the sharing panel to invite an email address and manage the available access options. Sending and accepting invitations require internet and the applicable account access.

What is a room, a cube and a board?

The room is your 3D workspace. Each cube represents a project, and each of its six faces opens a large zoomable board. Use the boards for notes, drawings, plans, tables and media. Active trials and subscriptions support up to 50 project cubes.

How does the 11-day trial work?

Create an eligible new account through BeginRooms for 11 days of full access. If you already have an account, sign in and follow its access options; signing in again does not reset an existing trial. Check your account for the applicable dates. No payment card is required, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your saved work stays in your account. When the 11-day trial ends, workspace access freezes until you subscribe to any plan. No automatic charge is made. Export the work you need while your trial or paid access is active. Retention and deletion follow the Data & Account Policy.

Can I pick up my work on another computer?

Yes. Board and room content saves to your BeginThings account. Sign in to that same account on another device to load it. Theme and widget preferences can remain specific to each device. Account sync needs a working internet connection.

Can I export or present a project?

Use the workspace’s presentation and slideshow views to walk through your work. Board export options include PNG, PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Markdown and CSV, depending on the content and format. Plan your exports while trial or paid workspace access is active. Normal workspace and cloud access are restricted after expiry; local recovery controls are not a guaranteed route back into an expired account. See the export and recovery details.

Is AI included in the subscription?

The optional AI Hub needs a supported provider key you supply or a compatible local model service you run. Provider charges, model availability and local setup requirements are separate. You can use the workspace without configuring AI.

Do I install an app, and can I cancel a plan?

BeginRooms runs in a browser, with the full spatial workspace intended for desktop and laptop use. No installation is required. You can cancel a subscription and keep access through the period already paid for. Billing and refunds follow the published policies.

What is Early Bird by BeginThings?

Early Bird by BeginThings is the full BeginRooms plan at ₹999 a year instead of ₹1,111. The price stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active. Start with the free 11-day trial first if you prefer; no card is needed for the trial.
