This page sets out what BeginThings is and is not, so you can use the products with the right expectations. Where the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy say more, those documents control.

1. General "as is" disclaimer

All content, tools, products, and services offered through beginthings.com are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty (express or implied) of accuracy, reliability, timeliness, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Your use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

2. Not professional advice

• The Invoice Generator, GST calculator, UPI QR, and similar tools at /free-tools/ help you produce documents and computations. They do not replace a chartered accountant, tax practitioner, or lawyer reviewing your specific situation.
• Landing-page audits, conversion sprints, and other Cat 5 services are based on widely accepted CRO and design principles applied to your specific URL. We share observations, not legal or fiduciary opinions.
• Blog posts and educational PDFs are research summaries, not endorsements of any particular product, vendor, or strategy.

3. Business impact, decisions, and use of outputs

BeginThings tools, digital products, and service deliverables are aids for your own work; they are not a promise of a business outcome. Begin Things, its proprietor Sourav Mahapatra, and their suppliers do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, leads, conversions, customer payment, advertising performance, rankings, cost savings, productivity, compliance outcome, or any other result. You decide whether, when, and how to rely on, implement, share, or act on any input, output, recommendation, template, message, or third-party link.

You are responsible for independently reviewing the accuracy, suitability, legality, and security of anything you use; for backups; and for your contracts, client communications, regulatory obligations, tax filings, spending, and business decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Begin Things nor Sourav Mahapatra is responsible for losses, penalties, disputes, client claims, missed opportunities, or business impact arising from your use, non-use, implementation, or reliance on the Service. The qualified liability cap and non-waivable-rights carve-out in the Terms and Conditions apply.

4. Automated and computer-generated output

Tools and product workflows may use rules, templates, calculations, browser automation, or other computer-generated processes. Unless a particular product page expressly says that a feature uses AI, do not assume that it does. In every case, generated output can be incomplete, unsuitable for your circumstances, or wrong when input is wrong. Review and verify it before using it in production, customer-facing, financial, legal, tax, or regulated work.

5. Third-party links and content

This site may link to third-party websites, products, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party. A link is not an endorsement. Review third-party privacy and terms before using their services.

6. Advertising, Google AdSense, and affiliate disclosure

BeginThings may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-8427756296560869) and certified advertising networks on designated pages. These advertisements are automatically generated and served by third-party ad networks. Such ads are clearly designated with labels such as "Advertisement" or "Sponsored". The appearance of third-party advertisements on beginthings.com does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation of the advertised products, services, businesses, or claims.

BeginThings is independent and not affiliated with Microsoft, Google, Razorpay, Hostinger, or any other vendor mentioned on the site, except as a user/customer. If we ever recommend a paid product through an affiliate link, it will be clearly labeled as such on the page where the recommendation appears.

7. Examples and testimonials

Examples, samples, previews, and any future testimonials are illustrative only and do not promise a typical or expected result. An example may use fictional or anonymised data where clearly labelled. Do not treat any example as a representation that you will achieve a particular revenue, conversion, business, or other outcome.

8. Use of trademarks

Product names, logos, brands, and other trademarks featured or referred to on beginthings.com are the property of their respective trademark holders. Reference to them does not imply endorsement.

9. No fiduciary or attorney-client relationship

Using free tools, downloading PDFs, sending a contact-form message, or purchasing a digital product does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, or fiduciary relationship with BeginThings or Sourav Mahapatra. A formal engagement, separately scoped and agreed in writing, is required for any such relationship.
