    The app stores data in your browser profile. Export backups regularly; clearing browser data can remove the desk.

Local records and exported backups are plaintext. There is no automatic cloud backup, team sync or background reminder service.

A little more clarity.

Is the preview the full app?

No. It is a small interactive illustration with fictional leads and example dates. Preview edits stay in this page until reload. The purchased ZIP contains the actual FollowUp Desk app, which stores your work in local browser storage.

Does it automatically send or remind me?

No. There are no automatic messages, scheduled sends, cloud reminders or chat-reading features. Open the desk to review what is due. The WhatsApp handoff requires your own final review and send action.

Can I use it offline or on another device?

The downloaded desk can run offline in a current desktop browser that permits local files and storage. WhatsApp requires connectivity. To move your work, export a JSON backup and restore it on the other device. Restore replaces the current local data.

Is my data synced or encrypted?

There is no cloud or team sync. Leads, settings and edited templates stay in your local browser profile. Local data and exported CSV or JSON backups are plaintext, so protect your device and keep backups safely.

Can several people use one licence?

The licence covers one buyer using devices they personally control. More than one user requires a separate licence per person unless BeginThings agrees otherwise in writing. The app has no shared team workspace.

How do delivery and refunds work?

After server confirmation of the order and fulfilment, a secure ZIP download link is sent by email. Payment capture alone is not delivery. Sales are final except for the remedies in the Refund Policy and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For help, contact sourav@beginthings.com.
