    Search Board view for the project, open the face you need, pick up the next action. At the end, present it or export it.

What is BeginRooms?

BeginRooms is a 3D project workspace from BeginThings. Each project is a cube with six zoomable boards for notes, tables, drawings, media and files, so the brief, plan and decisions for a client project stay together.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. The 11-day trial needs no card and there is no automatic charge when it ends. Choose a paid plan only if you want to keep going.

How much does it cost after the trial?

Early Bird by BeginThings is ₹999 a year (regularly ₹1,111), with the price locked while your subscription stays active. Other plans start at ₹149 a month. GST invoices are available.

What happens to my work if my access ends?

Normal workspace access pauses when a trial or paid plan expires. Export what you need while access is active: PDF, PNG, PPTX, DOCX, Markdown or CSV, and keep your original files.

Is BeginRooms an invoicing tool or a CRM?

No. It is a project workspace. For invoices or client links use our separate free tools, such as the invoice maker or WhatsApp link builder.

Does it work on mobile?

Desktop and laptop browsers are the main experience. You can still create a project from the Add menu on mobile.

Is my client data private?

Room content saves on your device and syncs to your account so you can open it elsewhere. Account content is not end-to-end encrypted, so follow your clients’ rules for sensitive material.

Can I use AI inside it?

Optionally. The AI Hub works with a supported provider key or a compatible local model that you configure yourself.
