Which BeginThings products are completely free?
Cat 1 free tools at /free-tools/ are completely free with no login, no signup, no email. That includes the QR creator, invoice generator, UPI QR, calculators, and converters. Cat 2 (Workspace 3D) is free at the base level; Google sign-in is optional to save and sync state. See the

Do I need to sign in to use Workspace 3D?
No, you can use Workspace 3D without signing in. Signing in with Google is optional and unlocks save, sync, and access across devices. We only request basic Google profile scopes (name, email, profile picture). We do not request Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or other sensitive scopes. See the

What happens after the FormulaMapper trial ends?
FormulaMapper gives you a full 15-day trial with no limitations. After 15 days a paid license key is required to continue. Keys are machine-locked using a local fingerprint (no personal data leaves your computer during the trial). Keys are non-refundable after activation, use the trial to evaluate. See the

Can I refund a digital product from the shop?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase if the file has not been used in published work or redistributed. Email sourav@beginthings.com with the order ID. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. International PayPal refunds may take an additional 3-5 days to clear. Full rules on the

How is a professional service different from a digital product?
A Cat 4 digital product (template, workbook, PDF) is instantly delivered after payment. A Cat 5 service (audit, conversion sprint, custom dev) is a scoped engagement with a discovery step and named deliverables. Results for Cat 5 depend on your specific situation and are not guaranteed; see the

What exactly do I get with a Brand Clarity Audit?

Yes. Brand Clarity Audit and Conversion Fix Sprint come with a 7-day no-questions refund from delivery date. Premium Page Build refunds are pro-rata for work not yet delivered. Monthly Growth: cancel anytime mid-month, pro-rata refund for unused days.

Do you work with non-Indian clients?
Yes. Pricing is shown in INR but payment in USD, EUR, GBP or any major currency is supported through PayPal and PayPal. Async-friendly communication over email, LinkedIn or WhatsApp. Roughly: ₹499 is about $6, ₹2,999 is about $36, ₹9,999 is about $120 (varies with FX).
Do you build the page or just audit?
Both. The Brand Clarity Audit gives you a list of fixes you can ship yourself. The Conversion Fix Sprint delivers the rewrites and improvements done for you (you or your developer paste them in). How fast is the turnaround?

How do I pay?
PayPal payment link sent over email or WhatsApp within 6 working hours of your enquiry. Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Rupay), UPI, net banking, and international cards all accepted. PayPal available for international payments. No bank transfers required.
Is this an agency retainer?
No. BeginThings is project-based for Brand Clarity Audit, Conversion Fix Sprint and Page Build. You pay once, receive the work, done. The only recurring option is Brand + Funnel Setup (from ₹15,000/mo), cancel-anytime, no contract. No 6-month minimums anywhere. No auto-renewal lock-ins.
Are the testimonials real?
The Manish Bhusal pilot (PostDew founder, May 2026) is the only currently-published named testimonial. It was a free pilot, attribution given with explicit written permission. BeginThings does not publish invented testimonials, fake reviews, or anonymous client logos.

Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Any client work and any URL or business context shared with BeginThings is treated as confidential by default. We do not publish, share, or use client material as a public example without written permission. Mutual NDAs available on request for sensitive work.
What if my page is on Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or a custom build?
Platform doesn't change the audit. The Brand Clarity Audit identifies the fixes regardless of how your page is built. Implementation is on you (or your developer) for the Audit tier. The Conversion Fix Sprint delivers copy and structure recommendations; we don't directly access your CMS unless explicitly contracted. The Premium Page Build is custom-coded HTML hosted on your domain or ours.
