Welcome to BeginThings ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website BeginThings.com (the "Site") and all tools, content, and services offered thereon (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you ("User," "you") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms. You acknowledge that the tools are automated and that BeginThings and its owners have no control over and assume no responsibility for the specific outputs generated by your use.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
    1. Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services;
    2. Any output, result, or content generated by the tools, whether accurate or not;
    3. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
    4. Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
  • User's Discretion and Risk: You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The responsibility for verifying the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any output generated by our tools rests entirely with you. BeginThings is not responsible for any personal, professional, financial, or legal harm or damages that may result from your reliance on or use of the tool outputs.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, visual designs, and the underlying code for the tools on this Site are the exclusive property of BeginThings and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Site or Services without our prior written consent.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BeginThings and its owner(s), affiliates, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi, India.
