Why is the first run slow?

The first time, your browser downloads the AI model from a public model host (Hugging Face via jsDelivr). After that it is cached and starts much faster.

Yes, in a modern mobile browser, though large inputs run slower than on a laptop.

Why tone matters in work messages

Written messages lose the voice and face that soften what we say. "Please send the files today" can read as urgent or rude depending on the reader. Checking tone before you send helps with payment reminders, replies to complaints, feedback to colleagues and cover letters.

Example rewrite

Before: "I have asked three times. Pay the invoice now." This reads as negative and angry.

After: "Following up on invoice #104 from 2 October. Could you confirm when the payment will be made? I have attached the UPI QR and bank details again for convenience." This reads as neutral to positive while still being firm.

How to use the result

If a message you meant as neutral comes back strongly negative, look for blunt words such as "never", "again", "obviously" or all-caps phrases.
Adding a reason, a date and a clear next step often makes a firm message read as professional rather than angry.
Run a second pass after editing to see if the tone has shifted the way you wanted.
The analyser judges emotion in words, not facts. A polite message can still be wrong, so check details separately.
