JPG to PDF under 200KB

Combine photos into one PDF that fits the 200 KB upload limit, without a separate compression step.

Many forms ask for “a single PDF, max 200 KB”: marksheets, certificates, address proof or a signed declaration. Converting first and then compressing is two tools and two downloads. This page does both: it shares the 200 KB budget across your images and builds the PDF to fit.

The tool estimates a size budget per image, compresses each one to the best quality that fits, builds the PDF, and checks the result. If it is still over, it tightens the budget and tries again, so the download you get is under 200 KB.

    How to use it

    1. Add images. Drop one or more JPG, PNG or WebP images, or tap to choose.
    2. Arrange and choose options. Reorder with the arrows, pick A4 or Fit to image and keep the 200 KB limit.
    3. Create and download. Press Create PDF, check the size, then download.

    How the converter works

Each image is read in your browser, drawn onto a canvas with a white background (so transparent PNGs do not turn black) and stored as a JPEG inside the PDF. With A4 the image is scaled to fit inside a 10 mm margin and centred, in portrait or landscape to match the photo. With Fit to image the page takes the image's own proportions. When a size limit is set, the budget is shared across pages, and the PDF is measured and rebuilt with a tighter budget until it fits.

    Troubleshooting

    Typical uses

Admission forms that want all marksheets in one PDF, job portals asking for certificates as a single attachment, and bank or KYC uploads where address proof has front and back sides. Put the pages in the order the form lists them; reviewers appreciate it, and some portals check page one for a specific document. Photograph both sides of ID cards on a dark surface so the edges are clear.

    Private by design

There is no upload step and no account. The page loads the tool, and your browser does the work on your own device. That is why it is fast on good connections and still works if the network drops after the page has loaded. We don't see your files, photos, numbers or IDs, and we don't ask for your email.
