For coaches and consultants

Your hero says transformation. Your visitors are looking for proof you can actually do it.

If you are a coach, consultant, educator or course creator in India, the landing page problem is not aesthetic. It is that the page sounds like every other coach. Same words, same promises, same emotive imagery. The buyer's brain pattern-matches it as noise and bounces.

Real: first paid coaching client testimonial pending · Pilot proof: Manish Bhusal (PostDew), shipped 10 fixes, see case study.

The five things wrong with most coach websites

Mistake 1

The hero leads with a feeling, not a buyer outcome

"Unlock your true potential" is not a value proposition. It is a vibe. What is the specific outcome a paying client gets? What changes for them by week six, by month three? Lead with that. Save the inspiration for the body copy.

Mistake 2

The credibility section is your certifications, not their case

ICF accreditation matters to other coaches. It does not matter to the buyer of your coaching. What matters: a specific client, a specific before and after, with permission to name them. One real case beats ten certifications.

Mistake 3

The booking flow asks for too much before they trust you

"Book a 60-minute discovery call" is a big commitment from a cold visitor. Try "Send a 2-line WhatsApp" or "Get the 15-minute fit-check". Reduce the friction of the first contact, and you will see more conversation.

Mistake 4

Pricing is hidden behind "let us discuss"

Hidden pricing is a credibility tax. Even a range, even "starts at ₹X", builds more trust than "schedule a call to learn more". Visitors are quietly screening you. Help them screen you in.

Mistake 5

Testimonials are unattributed or paraphrased

Quotes signed "Sarah K." without a link, a company, or a photo damage credibility more than no testimonial. Real testimonials have specifics: names, faces, situations, before-after numbers. Show three real ones with permission, or none.

A coach's website should answer five questions in 5 seconds

  1. Who do you coach? Specifically. By career stage, by industry, by life situation, by problem they have.
  2. What changes for them? Specifically. By when.
  3. How do you do it? One sentence on methodology. No jargon.
  4. Who else has been through it? One named, linkable testimonial.
  5. What is the first step? Specific, low friction.

If your page does not answer those five in the first scroll, the visitor bounces. Every coach we audit fails at least three of them.

Frequently asked, by coaches specifically

"I do not want my testimonials to feel salesy." Fair concern. The fix is honesty, not avoidance. Real, named, with-permission testimonials with the buyer's actual words read as authentic. Polished marketing-speak reads as fake. We help you collect the first kind.

"My coaching is too custom for a productised page." The page does not productise the work. It productises the first contact. Once they reach out, you go back to your usual discovery process. The page exists to make the first contact happen.

"Will the audit work for course creators?" Yes. Same framework, slightly different emphasis. We will calibrate the audit to whether your page is selling 1:1 coaching, group programmes, courses, or hybrid.

Try the free self-audit first if you want.

10 yes/no questions calibrated to small-business landing pages. Get a score plus the top three things to fix. If the paid audit then feels worth ₹499, send the brief.
